Greetings in the name of God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

As a Parish we are discovering new ways to communicate with one another during this time of the Corona virus. I will try to keep in contact with you by telephone. We will have a YouTube service on Sundays available to all. I pray that these may be useful to each of you. We are the Body of Christ and I would encourage us to find ways to reach out to others, especially those of our People who do not have social media. I am conscious that this Covid 19 has greater anxiety, fear, panic, and isolation. It is important that in our prayers and thoughts we uphold one another and the ministry and mission of our parish. I am limited and in many cases restricted from visiting the sick and those who are in Senior's Residences and Nursing Homes. A phone call and a check-in is one of the ways we stay together. Since we are unable to gather regularly for worship I am still committed to the spiritual and pastoral care of our people. I am available for conversation. You may contact me at 519-868-8303 or by email:

Today we ask your prayers for Janette Byrne, wife of Father Pat. Janette has been deployed to the front lines to help fight the Covid 19 virus. It is also important for you to know that all our staff will continue to be paid their salaries during this time of our shutdown. I would encourage you to continue your financial support of our parish. You can mail in your donation to the Church or drop it off on Sunday morning around 11:00 am when I will be at the Church. Wednesday mornings between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm when the office is opened. I conclude my letter to you with a Canticle of St. Patrick from Celtic Daily Prayer.

Christ, as a light illumine and guide me.
Christ, as a shield overshadow me.
Christ over me;
Christ beside me on my left and my right.
This day within and without me,
lowly and meek, yet all powerful.
Be in the heart of each to whom I speak;
in the mouth of each who speaks unto me.
this day be within and without me,
lowly and meek, yet all-powerful.
Christ as a light;
Christ as a shield;
Christ beside me on my left and on my right.

With the Wardens, Brian Burley and Barb Abel we are with you in this journey, trusting the power of God is journeying with us.

In Christ,
Bishop Barry,
